Strengthening Dialogue
For Teachers
A groundbreaking method for supporting people
In Strengthening Dialogue For Teachers, you get tools and practice skills to release students’ motivation, responsibility and drive without being drained of energy yourself.
The training provides tools and approaches for better communication with students, parents and colleagues. In the programme, you will become aware of your strengths and pitfalls and receive a lot of individual feedback from the trainer. You can expect new insights and new approaches – with surprising results.
Through the training in Strengthening Dialogue For Teachers, you will discover how you can:
- help create more motivated and responsible students
- support students to tap into their own potential and capacity without draining your own energy
- coach students who have lost the spark and don’t want to do anything
- have feedback conversations that are effective and produce lasting results
For whom?
The training is aimed at those who want to develop as a teacher, whether new to teaching or more experienced and in a senior role.
Our training
Our training is practical rather than theoretical. You will practice (lots) using realistic roleplays that simulate the scenarios you have in your teaching relationships. You’ll receive lots of feedback so you are able to identify and be aware of your pitfalls and strengths. Much of what we think about motivation will be turned on its head, and you’ll find new and better ways to deal with the challenges and problems you face.
