We have developed our powerful dialogue methods since 1995 and from 2003 when Tuff Leadership Training was founded we have provided training programmes recognised to give effect and drive real change. Our clients range from large corporate business different sectors, local governments and authorities in the public sector to start ups and non-profit organisations. Our main areas are leadership development and training programs for staff groups in supporting functions.
Tuff Leadership Training and People and Their Brilliance have established a partnership to support individuals in the UK looking to find meaningful work where they can contribute. Shifting the norm
Many training courses focus only on what to do and not ‘how to be’ while doing that thing. Our experience is that the best coaches (and leaders) have a way of being that enables individuals to take full responsibility for themselves. We have developed a way that leaders and coaches can learn that and we want to share this so that an empowered way of being becomes the norm in all contexts whether that be the workplace, a job centre or school. That is our vision.

Our trainers are masters of creating safe learning environments for our tough training, mastering our methodology so that they can create a real shift for individuals and groups.
We recruit on the basis of abilities rather than CVs and all our trainers undergo extensive internal training before being certified. Continuous personal and professional development is part of our culture here at Tuff.

Tuff Sweden has been delivering training for the Swedish Public Employment Service since the early 1990s. Since then, we have trained staff in many of Sweden’s municipalities along with the subcontracting organisations that supply job coaches to the authorities. Several Swedish Universities use our book “Coaching Job seekers’ as study literature and have integrated our training in programs like the student counsellor program.
Since we developed the Strengthening Dialogue method we have trained thousands of professionals.
